Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging intact.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with an update.
  • If approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we made an error with your order.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)
